One of the inspiring stories is that of IAS Sruthan Jai Jayanth, the son of the famous Tamil actor Chinni Jayanth (real name Krishnamurthy Narayanan), who achieved success in a completely different way. His father Krishnamurthy is a popular Tamil star who is known for his performance in the Rajinikanth starrer in the 1980s. . Later, he saw acting as a channel for his own expression and was admired like his father.

During this time, he completed his bachelor’s degree from Guindy College of Engineering. Later, Shrutanjaya completed his master’s degree from Ashoka University. Around that time, he decided to quit showbiz and planned to join UPSC civil services. Shrutanjaya spends 4-5 hours a day on self-study and then studies at night.

After that, he started devoting 10 to 12 hours to studies. In 2015, he passed the UPSC exam with an astonishing All India Rank (AIR) 75 and became an IAS officer in his second attempt. He is currently serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Tripur District in Tamil Nadu.
