(Step-by-Step Hand Gesture Guide)
Pushan Mudra is a yogic hand gesture that supports digestion and calms the mind. It’s also known as the Digestion Mudra.
Sit on your knees, heels apart. Rest hips on your feet. Keep your back straight and relaxed.
Press the index and middle fingers of the right hand with the thumb. Other fingers stay extended.
Press the middle and ring fingers of the left hand with the thumb. Keep other fingers extended.
Inhale while increasing finger pressure. Exhale and relax the fingers. Keep eyes closed and breathe deeply.
